Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Through Foramen of Bochdalek

Abstract

|
|
The congenital diaphragmatic hernia is one of the surgical emergencies. The authors treated surgically one pediatric case of hornia of foramen of Bochdalek during last Feb of- this year. The 4 months male new born patient who have cardiopulmonary embarrassment of severe dyspnea combined with high degree of cyanosis. Chest X-ray revealed bowel shows in the left side associated with displacement of the mediastinal structures to the right side. Following operative reconstruction, the cardiopulmonary embarrassment was corrected.
